Our aim & Goals

We aim to produce a professional training institute that will help our trainees discover their capabilities and aspire for greatness. We will provide them with the chance to gain training, knowledge and experience to allow them to sustain their future. Additionally, we will assist in the process of employing our trainees in both internal projects, to allow the institute to produce with the highest of quality, and external job opportunities through professional agreements with external organizations.

Our main goal is to serve the Jordanian and international community as a whole through spreading knowledge, raising awareness and developing the skills of youth through the following:

Building a body of professional trainers, artists and specialists in the field of art and handcraft who will train and spread their knowledge to the trainees through the specialized training program as a first step in their training journey
Providing job opportunities for the less fortunate through training them in various professional fields including high quality industrial and artistic production.
Raising awareness and instilling the passion for art and traditional crafts among the local community members through offering short training sessions.
Opening cooperative channels between local NGOs in various parts of the country to support and encourage their efforts and assist in training women and youth in art and handcraft. We also assist in helping them start their own projects and support their produce through marketing and advertisement.
Helping handcraft artist develop their produce to allow for more efficient production and distribution in the community.
Encourage youth to take part in various arts and handcraft sessions provided in the local, regional or international community
Build professional relationships between national, regional and international institutions, exhibitions, schools or any teaching and training body which will allow further interaction and exposure to all parties.
Build a cultural and artistic bridge between various countries of the world through professional exchange programs to expose youth to the diverse arts and cultures of the world.

more about us

PTI was established to solve the ongoing struggles faced by orphans and abandoned youth after they reach the age of 16. At a critical age of 16, abandoned and orphaned youth are expected to leave the social institutions they were raised in and start leading their lives among the local community. It was found that those youth and especially the girls are stigmatized and discriminated against due to them being orphans and lacking the "normal family" bringing up. PTI therefore strives to professionally train and help these young adults unleash their creativity, develop their already existing abilities and find working opportunities that will help them become independent and lead their youthful lives. We also work in hand with the local community to help break the stigma and stereotypes attached to these individuals.
